Payout Management
When you receive payments using the Wonder Payment product, the settled funds will be automatically transferred to your Wonder App Wallet. In addition to withdrawing funds directly to your bank account, we encourage you to perform more financial operations within the Wonder App:
- Pay employee salaries
- Settle payments to suppliers
- Cover fixed costs such as rent
This allows you to fully manage your financial status through the Wonder BAS Report throughout the entire process.
Transfer to another wonder account.
The Payout feature offers a Platform Transfer method that supports fund transfers between different Wonder accounts,
which is real-time and free of any fees.
Transfer to external bank account.
Wonder support transferring funds to external bank accounts via FPS, RTGS, or SWIFT.
- FPS: Transactions are processed quickly, typically within minutes to hours. HKD is supported.
- RTGS: Settlements are generally completed on a T+1 basis.
- SWIFT: Transactions are typically completed within 1-3 days.
Transfer Statuses
When a transaction is refunded, an additional pay-in will be generated to your account to complete the fund reversal. In the case of a reversal, the funds will be returned directly.
FX Payouts
When creating a payee, you can specify a currency, when creating a payout request, you can also specify a currency, which refers to the specific currency from your Wonder Wallet. If the payout request currency differs from the payee currency, a foreign exchange (FX) will be triggered, and the payout request currency will be converted to the payee currency in real time for payment.
If payee currency is USD, payout request currency is HKD, system will be calculate the USD amount based on real time
Bank FX Rate from HKD to USD.
If the payout to the recipient fails, the funds will be refunded to the wallet corresponding to the payee currency.
Webhook
Once the transaction status changes, a webhook will be sent to your server.
