List payout applications
GET/api/v2/payout_applications
List payout applications for the current business, ordered by p_created_at descending.
pending=true: awaiting submit and not expired.pending=false: all others (submitted, cancelled, expired, etc.).- Omit
pendingto return every status.
date_from and date_to must be provided together (YYYY-MM-DD, business timezone, default Asia/Hong_Kong).
offset defaults to 0. limit defaults to 10, max 1000.
Rate limit: burst 30, refill 10 per second.
